At UTRIX, we prioritize quality and customer support. Our state-of-the-art production facility, established in 2015, is designed with precision and efficiency in mind. It remains the sole facility of its kind in Lebanon and one of the most modern in the region.
Our Production Plant
- Four production lines: Premixes, Concentrates, Powder Specialties and Additives, and Liquid Specialties and Additives.
- Advanced automation: Our fully automated, closed system minimizes the risk of human error and prevents contamination risks.
- Bar code readers ensure that the raw materials loaded into the silos match the specifications, guaranteeing that what’s on the label is always what’s inside the pack.
- A dedicated team: a staff of around 30 professionals ensure efficiency and quality at every step.
- A heavy-duty crane is used to move heavy materials filled in big bags (up to 1,250 kg) while our robot palletizer preserves workers health and safety.
- Sustainability: Our plant is equipped with solar panels which cover up to 70% of the company electricity consumption per year.
Quality Control
Our Quality team conducts strict Quality Control plan, from receiving raw materials to production process till dispatching the finished products.
Each batch is rigorously sampled and tested in our laboratory.
